L.J.R. Engineering, P.C. was formed by Larry Roscini in February 1990. The firm is located in the ELTA Business Park in Cicero, New York just north of Syracuse.
The staff has extensive training and experience in site design, municipal services, construction observation, contract administration, computer and CAD technology, and other services offered by the Company.
We are large enough to handle most clients' needs, yet small enough to provide personal, efficient service and quick response.
